Since 2014, we've watched hundreds of good businesses in Jharkhand and across India stay invisible online — not because they lack quality, but because a "simple website" gets quoted at ₹15,000–₹50,000, plus hosting, plus renewals, plus surprises. Most small business owners quietly decide the internet is not for them.
We think that's wrong. So we changed the model.
Every genuine Indian business deserves a professional online presence — regardless of budget. So we give the website free, host it free, and keep it live free. We earn only when your business grows and you want your site to grow with it.
There is no trap here, and no trial that expires. If you take a free website from us and never spend a single rupee after, your site stays online. We're fine with that — because the businesses that do grow come back for updates, new sections, software, and marketing. That's our bet, and it's an honest one.

Free Website Program — Terms & Conditions
These terms apply only to websites delivered under the S K Tiwari Free Website Program. They exist to keep expectations clear on both sides — please read them once; they're short.
1. Eligibility & acceptance
- The program is open to genuine, lawfully operating Indian businesses (startups, MSMEs, professionals, shops, institutions). We may ask for basic proof of business.
- Acceptance into the program is at our discretion; spots are limited and applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
- We may decline or discontinue sites promoting illegal, misleading, adult, gambling, or hateful content.
2. What is delivered
- One single-page (one-page) website, designed by us using our standard design system, with a contact/enquiry form, WhatsApp button, and basic SEO setup.
- Content — business details, text, photos, logo — is provided by you. You confirm you own or have rights to everything you supply, and you are responsible for its accuracy and legality.
- Two rounds of revisions are included within 14 days of the site going live. After this window, changes are chargeable at our published rates or covered under a Care Plan.
3. Hosting — free, ongoing
- Your website is hosted free of charge on our infrastructure, with no time limit and no renewal fees, whether or not you ever purchase anything from us.
- We make every reasonable effort to keep sites online and secure, but free hosting is provided without a formal uptime guarantee (no SLA).
- We may migrate sites between our servers for maintenance; your site address will keep working.
4. Domains & email
- By default your site is published on a free subdomain provided by us. If you purchase your own domain (e.g. yourbusiness.com), the domain is registered in your name and belongs to you; annual renewal cost is yours.
- Professional email IDs on your domain are available at ₹599/year per mailbox.
5. Changes & Care Plan
- After the 14-day window: small changes ₹500 each; new sections from ₹1,500; redesigns and new functionality quoted separately. Every change is confirmed with a price before work begins.
- The Care Plan (₹599/month or ₹6,589/year) includes up to 2 small changes per month, form monitoring, and priority WhatsApp support. Unused changes do not carry forward. The plan is prepaid, has no lock-in, and can be stopped any time; stopping it does not affect your site staying live.
- Prices may be revised with reasonable notice; work already confirmed is honoured at the confirmed price.
6. Ownership & credit
- Your business content (text, images, logo) remains yours. The website's design, code, and underlying system remain the property of S K Tiwari.
- If you wish to move the website to your own hosting, a one-time handover can be arranged at a mutually agreed fee.
- Free Program sites carry a small "Designed & built by sktiwari.com" credit in the footer, and we may showcase the site in our portfolio.
7. Fair use & liability
- The free site and hosting are for your own business's presence, not for resale or redistribution.
- We are not liable for business losses arising from downtime, form delivery issues, or third-party services (e.g. hosting provider, email providers, Google Maps, WhatsApp).
- Either side may end participation in the program at any time with written notice (WhatsApp/email counts). If we ever discontinue the program, existing clients will be given at least 60 days' notice and help exporting their content.
8. General
These program terms are read together with our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where they differ for free-program sites, these terms apply. Jurisdiction: Ranchi, Jharkhand, India.
