Summary

The App does not require you to create an account, and we do not collect, sell, or share your personal information through the App. It is a launcher that helps you reach our web-based products and programs. Any details you enter are stored only on your own device.

Information the App handles

Data stored on your device: if you enter an instance address for a product (for example your own ERP address), it is saved locally on your device only. It is not transmitted to us.
Configuration requests: the App downloads its product list and settings from our server (sktiwari.com). Like any normal web request, our servers may record standard technical information such as IP address, device or browser type, and time of request, for security and reliability purposes.
No accounts, no advertising, no third-party analytics: the App contains no login of its own, shows no advertisements, and does not embed third-party advertising or analytics tracking software.

Services you open through the App

When you open a product (such as ERP, Frappe/ERPNext, Support Desk, CRM, or our Partner and Affiliate pages), the App loads that web service. Your interaction — including any username, password, or data you enter there — takes place directly with that service, not with the App. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Login sessions are kept by your device's browser component; the App does not store your passwords.

If you tap "Enquire on WhatsApp", the App opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Sending it, and any information you include, is your choice and is governed by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Permissions

The App uses Internet access to load its content and open your chosen products. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, photos, or microphone.

Data security

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by the App and our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The App is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
