Welcome to the SKTiwari.com Affiliate Program. By signing up, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
You may participate as an individual or on behalf of a business entity.
2. Commission Structure
You will earn 10% of the total project value for each successful referral.
You will also earn 10% of the ongoing maintenance charges we receive from that client for as long as they remain active.
Payments are made only after the client makes a successful payment to SKTiwari.com.
3. Payouts
Commissions will be paid monthly, subject to a minimum payout threshold of ₹500.
Payments are made via UPI, bank transfer, or PayPal, based on your preference.
Accurate and complete payment details must be submitted in the affiliate signup form.
4. Referral Validity
Referrals must be directly traceable to you (via referral link, code, or personal introduction).
If a lead already exists in our database, no commission will be paid.
5. Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must not:
Use misleading or false advertising.
Spam users via email, messages, or other platforms.
Misrepresent SKTiwari.com or its services.
Bid on SKTiwari.com brand terms in paid ads without permission.
Violation may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of commissions.
6. Affiliate Responsibilities
Affiliates are responsible for promoting SKTiwari.com ethically and professionally.
You agree not to act as an agent or employee of SKTiwari.com.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate participation at any time with or without cause.
Upon termination, pending but unpaid commissions will still be paid if the referral was valid.
8. Modification of Terms
SKTiwari.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified via email or published on the website.
9. Limitation of Liability
SKTiwari.com is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your participation in the affiliate program.
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
